1 Acceptance of Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotions

8.2 Limited License

php22 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. 9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While php22 strives to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. php22 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Exclusion of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, php22, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform, any conduct or content of third parties on the platform, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or content, or any other matter relating to the platform.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall php22's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to php22 in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000), whichever is greater.

9.4 Force Majeure

php22 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

10 Dispute Resolution

10.1 Customer Support Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the php22 platform or services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We commit to investigating all complaints thoroughly and responding within a reasonable timeframe. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our customer support channels.

10.2 Formal Complaints

If your issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint to php22 including detailed information about the nature of the dispute, relevant account information, transaction details, and any supporting documentation. We will investigate formal complaints and provide a written response within thirty (30) days.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of php22 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.

10.4 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

11 Termination and Account Closure

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your php22 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened, and you must register a new account if you wish to use php22 services in the future.

11.2 php22 Termination Rights

php22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the platform at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documentation, prolonged account inactivity, or engaging in prohibited activities.

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to use the php22 platform immediately ceases. php22 may retain your account information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. In cases of termination due to breach of these Terms, php22 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance and withhold any pending withdrawals.

11.4 Survival of Terms

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

12 Changes to Terms

12.1 Modification Rights
